So, what hurts?
Well, the worst is the sacral part of my back. But it's not muscle pain - rather it comes from the skin getting squashed between my pelvic bones and the mat and it hurts! The muscles of my stomach only hurt if I try to do sit-ups, which I don't plan on doing anyway. I can't decide if the area between my shoulder blades hurts - I do feel it if I stretch, and it doesn't hurt regularly, so it must be Pilates induced.
All in all, I was afraid it would be worse.
