Granted, I'm far from making strawberry jam, but they will be perfect as a decoration for tonights' after-dinner vanilla ice cream. As far as the jam is concerned, it's far more likely that we will be (again) making tomato jam, although not at the moment - it's been so cold that they are not turning red yet.
