So, what's been happening lately? Nothing much. It seems the weather is finally stabilizing, if you disregard the April rain showers. The tourists are returning to Kamnik, together with the warmth, so that's keeping me busy again - I'm expecting an English-speaking group on Friday and an Italian one on Saturday. I'm still more or less the only guide that is prepared (and able) to do tours in foreign languages (though there are a few who speak English as well, or so I am told). And the only one that speaks Italian - not very good, but the visitors are quite happy with what they get - better my Italian then them making sense out of English. You know how Italians are, and my arms can talk also. Sometimes it borders on a game of charades.
I've been making some lace lately, and ended up with this...

And I again invested in a bunch of crafting materials, and I have no idea when I'll use them. All those papers are just too pretty to cut up! And another meeting of Otok zakladov is coming up this Saturday (after the guided tour of Kamnik, I'm driving myself to Velenje). We "moved" in the meantime, so the link is new.
Remember, whenever you're in doubt what to get me as a present, you can get me some stamps. Penny Black (especially the cats and mice) are my favorites, and House Mouse stamps are so cute! (Un)fortunatelly for my wallet, they're hard to find in Europe, and I'm not a huge fan of ordering from the States, because you can quickly pass the customs value threshold. The customs tax is not a huge issue, but a 20% VAT on the order and postage combined is a whopper.
At the moment, I'm still convincing myself I really don't need a Cuttlebug machine. I don't believe myself anymore...

What a beautiful crown!
Bridget, it's not a crown. It's meant to be an egg basket. ;)
